The one question I have is for my feedback, I wanted to do a short survey after my presentation. Are there any more suggestions on getting feed back. The resources I found helpful are: www.takepart.com/article/2011/06/06 , www.nabe.org , and Thomas, W.P.& Collier, Vap (2003) The multiple benefits of dual language educational leadership.

  1. I also found www.nabe.org to be useful while doing my advocacy research in Early literacy! Because it focuses on the well being of bilingual students and their families. I think that our advocacy is similar and I would like to keep in contact with you so that one day we could work together!

    2. I am going to ask about questions throughout. One Thing I will be saying in my presentation is I am donating my time to certain learning centers in the summer. Is there anyone who knows of anything else I can do besides suggesting donations for music program or fundraising, or any other camp or learning center that I can bring my ideas to?

  2. I did not recieved as much feedback as I was expecting from the key audiences. I ask the key audiences if they had any questions or suggestions for me. I had some interesting handouts, and I believe that it brought some feedback.

    2. I am going to pass around a feed back box so people can respond. A lot of times you can get more responses because people may feel uncomfortable responding verbally. Maybe something to think about.

    3. Thanks Roberto that is a good suggestion, because some people don't like talking in public, and some might want to ask a question, but don't want no one to know it was them who asked the question. I will definitely give that some thought.
